1. Who we are

CertificaPRO is a mobile application for financial market certification preparation, independently developed and operated. You can reach us at suporte@certificapro.app.br.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary for the application to function:

• Anonymous usage data: aggregated information about how the app is used (e.g., screens accessed, session time), without personal identification.
• Subscription data: processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store payment data — the stores handle this.
• Device identifier: used exclusively to manage the local ranking. It is not associated with any personal identity.
• Player name: if you choose to enter a name for the ranking, it is stored only on your device.

3. Data we do not collect

• Name, email, or any personal contact information
• Geographic location
• Contacts, camera, microphone, or photo gallery
• Data from other accounts or applications
• Browsing history

4. How we use the data

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Verify whether you have an active subscription and unlock the corresponding content
• Improve the app experience based on aggregated, anonymous usage data
• Respond to support requests when you voluntarily contact us

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only parties with access to information related to your use are:

• Apple Inc. / Google LLC: process subscription payments according to their own privacy policies.
• RevenueCat Inc.: subscription management platform we use. It accesses only subscription data (not personal data). Privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

6. Data storage

Most of the application data (questions, progress, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain proprietary servers with users' personal data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Know what data we have about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Cancel your subscription at any time through App Store or Google Play settings

8. Children

CertificaPRO is intended for financial market professionals and adults in general. We do not intentionally collect data from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Security

We adopt adequate technical and organizational measures to protect the information collected. Since most data remains on the user's device, the risk of server-side exposure is minimal.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through an app update or this page. The "last updated" date at the top indicates when the most recent revision occurred.
